Refund policy

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process.
Returns
- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@blisome.com
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address via email. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days if all conditions are met.
Return Exceptions:
Certain sale items marked as Final Sale in the product description are non-returnable.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email a photo or short video of the issue within 72 hours of delivery to contact@blisome.com.
Once confirmed, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact our support team immediately.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still initiate a return once you receive your item.
