Shipping

We ship worldwide!  Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.  Shipping costs are determined based on your shipping address for international orders.

Please note: our products ship from various warehouses around the globe.  We aim to deliver your order within 10-14 business days depending on your location. Processing time varies based on the product and can range from 3-5 business days. 

If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 5 days since the last tracking update, please contact us at contact@blisome.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you!

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, GLS and FedEx.  If your order is coming from our international warehouse or is shipping internationally, you will receive an international tracking number before it converts to your local shipping carrier based on the country of destination. 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery date.  We provide a prepaid return shipping label when items have arrived defective or damaged.  For all other cases, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, simply fill out the contact form and we'll respond within 48 hours with the next steps.  Please note: a selection of sale items are marked final sale in the product description and cannot be returned.



If the product is defective, please email us an image or a quick video of the issue within 72 hours of receiving your order.  As soon as it has been confirmed, a replacement will be issued. 

Returns take us 5-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

In the event that you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible.  If your order has been sent to fulfillment, unfortunately changes can no longer be made.

BLISOME operates in many countries around the world!  We have multiple warehouses out of the USA, Asia, and Germany.  Our head office is located in Michigan, USA.

Please contact us directly to know which address you should ship any returns to, as each customer is associated with the closest fulfillment center to their geographic location.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
